Dr. Brown was one of the most uniquely trained integrated pain, musculoskeletal and orthopedic medicine practitioners in the US.
IROM (Interventional Regenerative Orthopedic Medicine Institute) provides comprehensive orthopedic stem cell and regenerative medicine services. Our research affiliates and institutions are located in multiple locations across United States. Dr. Brown practiced in Bellevue, Washington. In collaboration with Cell Particle Technologies, LLC we offered some of the most sophisticated stem cell technology available in the US. We strongly believe that our current methods go far beyond the stem cell technology used in most other regenerative medicine institutions. We also have gone to great effort to keep the cost of our treatments as low as possible for our patients.

Dr. Brown talks about his journey towards solving pain mysteries and what drove him to create IROM, an institute for regenerative orthopedic medicine.
We advise our patients to check out all of their options before giving us a call, so that patients can understand the level of expertise, service, and technology we provide. We have over 25years of experience in orthopedic, sports, musculoskeletal, and regenerative medicine services and technology. Behind the scenes of the institute we have a dream team of 5 physician specialists, all with expertise in various areas of orthopedic technology and research. At our institute, patient care begins with a comprehensive evaluation. We use advanced diagnostic techniques to sort out complex clinical problems. Our practice focuses primarily on various regenerative medicine technologies, including stem cell, orthobiologic and other regenerative therapy interventions for patients with acute and chronic pain from spine, musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
We believe that successful treatment of chronic pain begins with a detailed understanding of the cause. Thus, our focus is on obtaining a precision diagnosis. Dr. Brown was a uniquely trained physician. He had a background in biomechanics and manual medicine, trained in both chiropractic and osteopathic manual therapies. He utilized his skills in this area for physical examination and biomechanical assessment. As a physician with subspecialty training in rehabilitative medicine and fellowship training in interventional pain medicine he utilized the technology of advanced diagnostic imaging, fluoroscopy, ultrasonography, electrodiagnostic medicine, and other technologies to reach a precise diagnosis.
Dr. Brown relied heavily on ultrasound imaging, which provides a unique experience for the patient. It provides real time imaging to evaluate ligaments, muscles, tendons, and cartilage. With an accurate diagnosis, a definitive therapeutic intervention can be implemented. Rather than ablative techniques our approach is regenerative.
